My home search began while I was living 2000 miles away. Pam set up a search for me and went the extra mile to walk me through several options via FaceTime. Then, once I arrived in Tucson, she helped me continually refine my search based on my preferences. Once we found the perfect condo, she helped me navigate several issues with the seller’s agent. My purchase was a complicated process, and Pam was great at figuring out how to make things happen. After my closing, she also recommended some very reliable and reasonable contractors to make my condo into my home. I will recommend Pam to anyone I know looking for a home.

When clients write testimonials for their Realtor, it is usually after they have bought a house and they are in the honeymoon period with their house. That isn’t my story with Pam Ruggeroli, my Realtor for the Tucson/Oro Valley area. Pam was referred to me by the owner of a fine real estate firm from out of state. Pam had all the right training, experience, sales numbers, and a bunch of other criteria that makes an excellent agent that I don’t even understand. When I first met Pam, she drew a digital map of the area that I was interested in purchasing. Pam set me up on her company’s computer so I got notification every time a property in that area that met my search criteria came up. We had a few “almosts.” She was very diligent with each one. The problem is I wanted a place with a great view and they tend to go for above asking price the day they go on the market. We had an almost when I was out of town. I trusted Pam enough to buy the place sight unseen. We were outbid. There was another house I liked that came up and Pam went there and talked me out of it because she could tell from walking through the place it wasn’t right for me. We had another almost this past week. What impressed me the most about Pam was partly that she not only did all the details like getting the right people for inspections, having a good understanding of what the inspector was saying, having perspective on the entire process. What impressed me the most is even though she has spent a lot of time with me, she didn’t press me or push me into buying the house. I know other agents would have. If you are looking for a fantastically competent, meticulously ethical, and someone who really wants you to be happy, real estate agent, I would use Pam.
